Shell
What is a Packing Shell?
A shell is a lightweight foam accessory, designed to be slipped into underwear, simulating the presence of a penis at rest. It creates natural volume in the crotch area, without being too heavy or bothersome. It's a comfortable alternative to the silicone packer, particularly popular thanks to its lightweight, discreet nature.
Who is This Product Designed For?
Our shells are great for:
- FTM transgender people, or non-binary people who are looking to add realistic-looking volume to their crotch
- Those who don’t have a penis and would like to feel a lifelike presence
- Cisgender men who are looking to visually increase the bulge under their clothes, for aesthetic or self-confidence reasons
How is it Made?
Our packing shells are made using soft, breathable foam, mostly polyester and nylon. Contrary to silicone packers, they’re extremely lightweight and weigh almost nothing once in place. Their supple, pleasant texture allows for comfortable, all-day wear.
How to Wear a Packing Shell
You can slip it into:
- A fitted pair of underwear (we recommend briefs to ensure proper hold)
- A support harness, for added security when moving
- Briefs with a specially-designed pocket for packers and packing shells, to stop them sliding around
Packing shells are easy to handle, quick to put in place, and remain discreet even under close-fitting clothing.
Is it Easy to Clean a Packing Shell?
Yes, all you need to do is:
- Hand wash it using a gentle soap
- Let it air dry, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources (as this could ruin the shape of the foam)
This product is not compatible with machine washing or tumble drying.
What’s the Difference Between a Packing Shell and a Classic Packer?
Although they are used for the same reason (to create a realistic bulge in the crotch area), packing shells and classic packers have some key differences:
- Weight: shells are much lighter than silicone packers. They are barely noticeable once in place.
- Material: shells are made using a soft, breathable foam, whilst packers are generally made of denser, heavier materials like silicone or TPE.
- Look: shells have a simpler, less detailed shape than silicone packers, making them less realistic (with respect to details like veins, head, testicles, etc.).
- Wear: shells are easier to put on, put into place, and to take care of, making it a good choice for beginners or for stress-free daily use.
A packing shell is an ideal choice if you’re looking for a simple, discreet and lightweight solution, whilst the classic packer is a better option if you’re looking for a super realistic finish and a real heft in your underwear.
