To put on your chest:

1. Apply talc on your skin and on the interior of the chest.
2. Put it on over your head like you would a top.
3. Adjust the accessory around the arms and the torso to ensure everything is properly in place.

It's easy to take proper care of your male chest. All you have to do is:

1. Hand wash with warm water and a gentle soap.
2. Rinse carefully. 
3. Let it air dry, avoid exposure to sunlight or direct heat sources.
