What is a Packer?
A packer is a soft, penis-shaped prosthesis, designed to be worn in underwear or in a harness, to create a visible bulge that reproduces the masculine organ at rest. It’s a powerful accessory that serves as a symbol for many FTM transgender, non-binary, and genderfluid people.
