Our experts

We collaborate with health professionals and specialists because sexual health and intimate wellbeing require accurate information. On these topics, inaccurate information can be misleading; our experts take care to ensure that the content in question is based on established knowledge.

Our professionals have many roles. They write, proofread and validate health-related content, as well as content about prevention and physiology, strictly relating to their area of expertise. They also provide professional insight on complex questions, which they then aim to make easier to understand for as many people as possible.

Each expert contributes solely within their field of expertise, and their contribution is clearly identified in the relevant content. Their backgrounds, areas of expertise and publications are detailed on their individual pages.

When content is reviewed by one of our health experts, this is indicated.

Our editorial procedures, sources, verification process and updating policy are set out in detail in our Editorial and Publishing Policies.
