Choose the Perfect Spot
The first thing that you’ll want to do is set the mood! Choose the perfect spot: a bed, a table – wherever your partner will be the most relaxed! Don't forget to put clean, fresh sheets on the bed. Prepare everything that you’ll need to give the perfect massage: massage oil, candles, and essential oils (lavender, sandalwood, geranium, Roman camomile, marjoram, bergamot, ylang-ylang, sweet orange and rose). Create a comfortable atmosphere with soft lighting and relaxing music to put your partner totally at ease.
Start Slow
Start by stroking your partner’s back gently. Using massage oil will make it easier for your hands to move over their skin. Concentrate on the most sensitive areas of their body (neck, shoulders and lower back). These movements will help your partner relax.
Keep performing slow, regular movements. Don't forget to ask them if they like what you’re doing.
Gradually increase the pressure and speed of your movements according to your partner's wishes. Communication is essential and will help you decide what to do next.
Using Special Massage Techniques
Once your partner is totally relaxed, you can move on to more precise massage techniques that allow you to give a deeper, more intense massage.
- Kneading: Alternately apply pressure and then release the pressure to loosen the knots in your partner’s muscles. Use the palms of your hands to press on your partner's muscles in a circular motion.
- Effleurage: Perform smooth, gliding movements on your partner to relax their muscles.Glide your hands over your partner's muscles with gentle pressure.
- Tapotement: Perform light, fast, percussive movements to stimulate and awaken muscles. Gently tap your partner's muscles with the edge of your hand, a cupped hand, or the tips of your fingers, using moderate pressure.
You can also target specific parts of your partner's body, like their feet.
Communication Is Key
Always communicate with your partner to find out how they’re feeling. This will help you plan your massage on the fly. By listening to your partner, you can find out what he or she prefers: slower or faster movements, certain techniques, etc. Your partner should feel comfortable telling you if they’d like to stop the session at any time.

Advice from the LOVE Team for giving the perfect massage
The LOVE Team has decided to give you some extra tid-bits of advice to make sure your experience is a shared one that provokes pure pleasure for both you and your partner.
First things first: get your partner to lie on their front. This is the perfect position to kick-off a sensual, relaxing massage. It’s also a great way to explore your partner's sensitive areas, such as the neck, the shoulders, the back or even the back of the thighs.
Take your time and be patient. The goal is to slowly build sexual tension by carefully varying the pressure and rhythm of your movements. Alternate between applying more gentle and slightly deeper pressure to stimulate all of your partners senses, allowing arousal to reach its climax. Make sure to remain attentive to your partner's bodily reactions, this way you can adapt your movements to what they enjoy the most and therefore prolong pleasure.
Lastly, think about incorporating regular signs of affection into the massage, such as giving your partner gentle kisses or whispering sweet nothings to them… this will no doubt reinforce the emotional connection between you both.
