How to use a double-ended dildo

If you are using your double-ended dildo with a partner, remember to put a condom over either end (to prevent any risk of sexually transmitted diseases or unwanted pregnancy).
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to both ends of the dildo. If you are using your double dildo for anal sex, lubricate your anus as well to make it easier to insert the dildo and reduce any discomfort.

Doggy style: On all fours, back to back with your partner, insert one end of the dildo into the orifice of your choice (vagina or anus). Then step back so you're both closer to the end of the dildo and thrust back and forth at your own pace.
The crab position: Sit facing each other with your hands and feet on the floor. Insert the dildo into your orifices at the same time. Move gently towards each other to take advantage of the full length of the dildo.

4. Clean your double dildo

Clean your double-ended dildo after every use to prevent infections and prolong the life of your sex toy.

Wash your double dildo with soap and hot water to remove any traces of lubricant or bodily fluids. You can also use a special sex toy cleaner.

If your double-ended dildo is made of silicone, you can sterilise it by leaving it in boiling water for a few minutes. This is especially important if you’re using your dildo for anal penetration.
