The smallest ring has an external diameter of 1.75 inches and an internal diameter of 1.25 inches. The thickest ring has an external diameter of 2.25 inches and a 2.00-inch diameter.

How to attach the dildos to the harness:
1. Choose your favourite dildo.
2. Select the most suitable ring for the diameter of dildo.
3. Attach the ring to the 4 snaps on the harness.
4. Insert the dildo.
5. Adjust the harness to your body size.

After every session, remember to clean the dildo with soap and water. Use water-based lube for easier insertion.
