Submitting this form registers your cancellation and triggers an acknowledgement of receipt sent to your email address. In accordance with regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health and safety or hygiene reasons cannot be taken back or refunded once they have been unsealed after delivery. All other goods must be returned in their original packaging, intact and unsealed. The eligibility of your return for a refund is verified when the parcel arrives at our warehouse.
