We highly recommend you wear a bra over your breastplate in order to prevent any potential misshapenness due to its weight. Before use, apply talcum powder to your body, as well as the inside of the breastplate. Start by passing your head through the neck, slowly lowering your breastplate so as not to damage any nails or jewellery you may have on. After use, carefully take the breastplate off, wash using a gentle, alcohol and silicone free soap. Rinse and dry.
